If you notice an issue with your installation of METRIX please check the known issues page before filing a new report.

Please be as specific as possible when reporting issues. The more information that you give us, the easier it will be to reproduce the issue and solve it. To file a report, please enter the necessary information below, and we will contact you. Thank you for your help!

To track issues in METRIX, we use a product called JIRA. JIRA is an intuitive and informative issue tracking system, allowing us not only to submit issues, but to search all known issues, get updates on priorities and developments, and keep up-to-date on all aspects of our product development lifecycle. We would like to thank Atlassian for donating a non-profit license of Jira to the Fund for use on the METRIX project.
